LPN NURSE NEEDED

Best Home Health Care LLC is looking for a dependable, compassionate, and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for one of our patients in Spring Hill, FL.Pay is negotiable.
Schedule
3 days per week:
- Monday
- Wednesday
- Sunday
⏰ 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Main Responsibilities
The patient's primary nursing needs include:
- G-Tube management and care
- Tracheostomy care
- NO ventilator care required
- Medication administration as ordered
- Monitoring the patient's condition and safety
- Basic LPN nursing duties
- Assistance with activities of daily living as needed
- Following the patient's Plan of Care
- Completing required nursing documentation
- Communicating with the family and nursing supervisor regarding changes in condition
Requirements
- Valid Florida LPN license
- Experience with G-Tube and tracheostomy care preferred
- Dependable and punctual
- Compassionate and professional
- Comfortable providing one-on-one care in the patient's home
